Youth & Teen Fitness Certifications

Youth, ages 9-12, and teens, 13-15, may work out on specific fitness equipment with this certification. Instruction will be provided, as well as a certification card, which is to be worn at all times.

Day/Week pass holders: $5 drop-in fee

Non-Members:
Fitness Unlimited Program ($50/month)

Day/Week pass holders: N/A

Non-Members:
Register for a single session ($60), multiple sessions, or a package ($150 for 3 sessions)

All the fitness amenities at the CORE address the full range of fitness needs. There is a large selection of cardio equipment on the top floor available for use. If you’re looking for more of a hands on approach, we have a selection of free weights, plate loaded, and selectorized machines on the bottom floor. We offer a stretching area as well as an indoor track. If that’s not enough, come check out our two racquetball courts to help keep you entertained. If you should ever need assistance with any of the above listed, fitness staff is available to assist.

studio & wellness classes

Group fitness class opportunities at the CORE are based on community interest and who is available and experienced in the area to teach the class. Anyone interested in becoming a group fitness instructor please click on the link below in the next section. Classes have the potential to be offered during all hours of operation and are held in our 2 Studios

track

  • Multi-lane track with incline and decline
  • Traverses through 3 separate spaces within the facility
  • Views of every major room as pedestrians travel through the Rotunda space
  • Just over 1/5 of a mile = 1 lap

personal trainer

If you are looking for a personal trainer to help you accomplish your fitness goals at the CORE, then we have great news for you! We are now taking registrations at the Welcome Desk for those wanting personal training. You can schedule your appointment with our certified trainer, Paula Drake, at the FIT desk! She is ready and waiting for YOU!
