The Guide

Club 62 is for seniors, 62 years and older, who want a little fun and excitement. The CORE will be offering a variety of programming throughout the year. Our goal is to establish a friendly relationship with our senior community and to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.


Join in on the craze that is sweeping the nation! A fun, low-impact, high-intensity game. It is a good mix of ping pong and tennis. Games are played in the gym and equipment is provided.

Days/Times: Mondays @ 9am-12pm

Aqua Zumba

For those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss!

Days/Times: Thursdays @ 1pm
Fees: Drop-in $5 or Fitness Unlimited Program

Zumba Gold

Check out Zumba Gold. The easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own pace. It's an invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all exhilerating! Exercises increase mobility and are modified to produce low-impact moves for new moms, post-op patients, and active older adults.

Senior Fit

Senior Fit is a progressive cardio-resistence class that utilizes chairs and small hand weights to provide a great workout without all the high-impact movements. Combined with fun music and functional moves, Senior Fit is tailored for active older adults.

Water Walking

Looking for a great leisure summer workout that will get you out of the heat? This low-impact exercise will keep you moving while taking the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. Did you know that water provides 12 times the resistance of air? So as you walk, you’re really strengthening and building muscle. This is a self-led, leisure program.

Days/Times:Monday-Friday, 6am-7:30am
